Love it I have had no problems with it at all. Makes keeping up with my plan sooooo much easier. Works every time as long as I have data. There are a few things I would add though. Like an option to say what time you last ate, maybe be able to set a reminder to eat your snack so you don't get too hungry and want a bigger meal when meal time comes. All in all, great app with easy maneuverability.
NuMi advertises/promises prizes for downloading the APP and completing Challenges. Numi owes me 3 different items. Have yet to receive award codes that were supposed to show up in the Newsfeed. What Newsfeed? If it works, it usually just shows TurboShake advertisment. However, it is good for tracking H2O, calories, and exercise. Only gave it 2 stars because of newsfeed and elusive award codes.
Advertised free dessert pack with app download. So I did. It popped up my first time opening it and then quickly disappeared. False advertising. Also claimed that you received something if you logged food 7 days in a row. Did that also but received nothing. Maybe it's bc this app doesn't work half the time and kicks me off. Dissatisfied!!!!!
Won't work I put in my info and it keeps saying "oops couldn't make your account, try again " I did, about 10 times, checked wifi (on) and I don't have an account already, tried again....this app sux. Will use My Fitness Palm, I guess. I had great hope for NS this time. Not a happy way to start.
Constant "Sorry" message When it works it's great but more often than not I get an error message telling me to find a stronger data connection. I am at home, on Wi-Fi, within 5 feet of my router. It's very frustrating and I click on the app it's just a gamble on if it's going to actually let me put my food in or not.
Well, I can definitely understand why everyone is upset with the performance of the app. I too got the pop up on free cake and the button didn't work. I navigated to the newsfeed and found it. Clicked on it, added the cake to cart, added another item and went to checkout. Entered my info and hit submit and got the error message, can't process at this time. I noticed that there was nothing in my cart as well which explains why the order wouldn't process. I hit the back button on my phone, started over again and was successful the 2nd time. Overall, app is quirky and doesn't run smoothly.
