Ratings and reviews

The app worked as intended and is probably phenomenal. However, I don't see a way to unsubscribe or remove my payment methods from the account which is a big red flag for me. I've contacted customer service about unsubscribing, but this app seems like a trap to me.

already working wonders, where has this app been all my life?
