Can't get them to update my email (doesn't let you do it on your own like literally every other company normally would). Vet can't do it either and directs me to HHP "support" & they don't respond. Doesn't even load on my Chromebook & only tried because I can't get the refill request to NOT be where my buttons are at the bottom of the screen on my phone. Half the time it crashes on phone. Ux is poorly designed. I can schedule appointments *sometimes* just... ugh. a phone call is less time.

Just downloaded the app. And I'm encountering an issue. When going to refill a medication, if the description is long there is no way to scroll down to the refill button. It's just off-screen and it can not be selected. Please fix this. What's the point of the app if I can't use it for what I need? Secondly, It would be nice to be able to customize your pet's profile like in pet desk the app. photo, gotcha date, tag info, microchip # etc.

A lot of people are having trouble with the setup. I found that part fairly easy. Truth is, I cheated. I read the messages from the app owners. However, once I got past that and opened the app with sign-on an p'word I found many things had sync'd. That's good, but sone of the info that sync'd needed to be edited. That's where I find the wall. I can't edit the errors without removing everything and starting over. This could be a deal breaker.
