Ugh. You broke the app. I can't pay my bills. I receive a dumb error that the account isn't found. To top it off the live chat isn't working. Oh, you think I should call you? But there's a 21 minute wait. I don't have time to hang around waiting on you. You should implement what Delta Airlines has done and call me when you're free. 21 minutes!?! Jeeze.
First off, the app rarely logs me in with my account info (which is correct because I can do it on my computer just fine). Then when I finally get in, j can't even deposit a check because every time I attempt to take the photos of the check, the app restarts.
The app works for basic account info. The login seems slower than it should. One thig I despise is that transactions initially show on the account as pending with zero useful information other than the transaction amount. For example, " Hold ***********3505" As it is a joint account, I hate having to follow up with my wife to make sure the transactions are hers, based on nothing more than dollar amount.
I keep trying to log in to my account but I keep getting a connection error message. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app and it continues to have the same issues.
Things show pending for days sometimes almost a 5-7 days which makes the app pointless everything should reflect automatically as of i were to use the atm. Its quite irritating and unnerving makes me thing about switching banks and im a long time customer
They might need to make a pop-up box letting users know its time to accept the yearly terms of service again so users don't think there is a app issue. I think that would be very useful! Thanks for responding!
