It tells me to sign in so i do, then it says i dont have a subscription, but i do, then it says im not signed in but i am, then i close and reopen but hasnt saved my details and has logged me out. Help please? when it works i love it and will give it 5 stars Please make it work on all phones, i hate having to use an old phone just for sky sports. we dont need fancy features, we just want to be able to watch the channels.
Subscription still not recognised Have used OK for ages, now it tells me I've got no subscription. But I have. Useless paying for something that cannot be used. Latest update on 15/07 hasn't fixed problem. Still no service. Not good.
Too many errors. New Version 2 even worse. I subscribed to this by paying a monthly subscription via my Vodafone account. I have cancelled this as I get too many messages when trying to run the software saying "Unknown Error". Just not worth the cost and lack of any support from either Vodafone or Sky, neither of whom seem to care. Downloaded the latest version today on the advice of SKY (July 16 2016). Now when I click on a programme it asks if I am subscribed via Vodafone, I click to confirm and nothing happens !!!! And this is their best ??
Disappointed and dissatisfied Tried to install on new phone as app didn't work properly on tablet. Now won't work until I contact sky support as is on to many devices, sent email ages ago and still waiting. Gutted I payed for a service I can't get.
Wont work Same here. Wont let me watch channels. Just keeps asking me to subscribe which i already do. If i try to re subscribe it says i cant because i am already subscribed!!...bloody going round in circles!!...dont buy app its pathetic and skys support for it is non existent!!...oh and Google have no support either and wont give a refund!!...This should be illegal!!...
Told I have no subscription. But when I refresh my subscription or try to buy it says I'm already paying. Lucky I'm not trying to watch the cricket or anything. Have tweeted sky help...no reply. Emailed. No reply. Rubbish service. 15july...cleared cache, forced stop as recommended...still doesn't work. Sky help say it's not their problem/fault.
