Ratings and reviews

When I first got this machine in September 2018 it was great. It takes a lot of learning to get used to, but once you have it down, there is nothing quite like it. I have since tried using it this January and my app doesn't want to work anymore. The app will bever let me connect to the wifi even though my phone will and sometimes the screen just goes black while using the app. I have contacted customer support and I hope they can help me. So far, no luck. Please help!
