Ratings and reviews

Only having bkash as the payment option makes it highly inconvenient. Also they almost never have their car service available. I didn't find the customer service representatives to be helpful either. Very disappointed in this app. Hope they come up with a reasonable explanation for why they do not accept cash payments when all the other apps like uber, pathao, indrive etc do!

They updated their app. But the team is not helpful. Driver can drop you in the midway saying veichle issue and still app charges full amount. And when you report they refuse to pay even a minimum token doscount and will show you all types of highcourt. So be very careful about drivers having less than 4.8-9 review

O Bhai is a driver friendly app. The customer always has to pay more for the driver's mistake. They have a very funny service called Obhai Solutions from where they will call and listen to your problem and they will give you a robotic answer. And every problem will have only one solution. The bill you paid is more than okay (so don't complain shut up). 100 Problem 1 Solution. It looks like the driver took a wrong turn and it's your fault why didn't you hit the driver and take the right road.
