System lacks sometimes, after locking it still charges me and I have to press the customer service button which Is very helpful if you encounter problems like me.
Love the whole concept and app works fine but man the bike was heavy ! Was sweating like crazy on flat ground, never had that ! Will maybe try again but if same experience will ask for refund of deposit I'm afraid.
Tried to use it in London. Great idea, but: 1. First bike I've tried to take wasn't there 2. On the second bike the handle stick fall off when I've tried to fold it 3. I couldn't put the seat high enough for me to ride 4. No gears on the bike. Over all, wasn't very comfortable ride on the bike. (maybe just because the sit was to low)
Im an avid user of obike on my short trip to the mrt.Its a great idea to bring here in singapore.Some of the bike models are too heavy, pls change them.But the ones that are lighter with baskets are awesome! I also think response time to fix reported faulty bikes are very slow. Roughly 2 months and its still there.
It can't seem to work for the past couple of days. Even if the Bluetooth is already switched on, the app remains stuck on the 'turning on your Bluetooth' notification, and can't proceed any further.
Good app, but bikes are terrible: too heavy and definitely not for tall Dutch people. Disappointed. You need to change bikes ASAP if you want to be successful in NL
