If Observa rejects an observation, is the data still sent to the customer?

Never. At Observa, we only want to pass along high-quality data to our customers, so we discard data from rejected observations. We only reject an observation if the secret shopper didn’t follow the instructions correctly. Right now, more than 90% of observations are accepted.

Ratings and reviews

Overall, this app was worth downloading. I think their update is fantastic, its even easier to use and the dark mode feature is appreciated. I travel around my area on a regular basis, and there are almost always tasks available along my routes. Opportunities are frequently updated and submission approval and payment time is short compared to other apps as long as you follow the instructions. Definitely a keeper.

Rating the app is #1 on the list so I haven't actually used the app but from what I see, there aren't many gigs at all and I can't drive 112 miles for a $12 gig. This would be great if 20 businesses near my current location. However so far I've seen one and it was still 88 miles away! Great idea but need more opportunities near me

First impressions are really positive!! The app is super to use, simple, responsive, and runs well! There's a plethora of available offers, the description of the offers are clear, concise, and super easy to follow!! I've not accepted any offers at this time, I'm interested in seeing how long it takes from accepting the offer to receiving payment, that could really sway my opinion either way significantly!!

What's new

We've refreshed the look and feel of the app and updated it to make use of the latest Android features. We also fixed some additional bugs from our previous release where photos would not attach to the observation.
