For me, this app works well. However, the user flow for some of the main features feels clunky; many features are hidden, while others require too many clicks. In addition, there are some bugs: after my first login, I was logged out, and it wasn’t until my second login that the app worked normally.

Very frustrating as I often unable to sign in to the app, I tried other bank's mbanking and they worked fine, so it's not the network issue. I need to sign in to the app quite often since I always using it for qris payments. Please fix it.

Unable to access my account for 2 straight days..for a bank to have it's mobile apps not working for extended periods is unacceptable..it's THE MOST IMPORTANT thing a customer need from Banks today
