Ratings and reviews

The UI is confusing, I can't check my transaction history from debit card and online at the same page. The received transaction is not shown up in the transaction histroy unless I download the monthly report. Please upgrade the transaction history to be more compact and simple. I will update the rating once there is an improvement of the UI. thank you

very bad app. App always fail when loading and can not be opened. Keeps showing "loading failed" message everytime it is being opened. Already visited OCBC branch to unbind and re log in to the app. It was successful to log on until it keeps showing the same message. Already contacted the call center, however zero action can be provided by the call center and ask to "patiently" wait Can not imagine this happened to business customers that utilise the app very frequently. tldr: very poor app

Every time I try to open the app it shows loading failed and I have to uninstall and reinstall it, for it to work. Despite calling customer care Tanya and sending an email to them four days ago, I have not received any solution from the bank, only a promise that they will get back to me within six days. I love this prompt service of OCBC.
