Love it, but some problems I love this app, but it often loses my books and I have to re download them repeatedly throughout the week. I would also live to see an option to play the audio at 1.25, 1.5, 1.75 and 2x speed.
What have you done to this app?!? The search feature went from pretty good to terrible in the most recent version. On two different devices I have tried so far, I need to do advanced search to do something basic like search the mysteries. But then the search bar won't get out of the way and let me see the results. Help! I have really been enjoying this app but now I can't get it to work.
Great resource! Some annoying bugs I love this app! It's easy to use and free! But I've had the same problem twice now in 6 months. After a while with no issues, the app will stop downloading audio books randomly (in the middle of a book), and when I try to search for more books it will say "an error has occurred. Please try again later". This will go on for days until I have to uninstall and reinstall the app. It also doesn't tell you which number of a series a book is, which would be really nice. Otherwise, I love it.
Some problems I really use this app a lot for audiobooks on my Google Nexus 6. My problem is that I can't get the play/pause screen to disappear from my task bar and lock screen, even if I close the app. It just sits there with my most recent audibooks and I think it drains my battery. I've been having this problem for maybe two months, but I didn't use to have an issue.
New version is great! I use this app all the time, and it has a good selection of books through my library. The inability to download or delete sections of the books as they are read, or download to my sd card, plays havoc with my phone storage as some books are quite large and I end up being unable to download those as one lump sum or run out of system storage. If that was changed I'd give five stars.
Mostly good but annoying niggles Mostly pretty good, but v basic and some little annoyances. Like my books get returned to library without warning, no push notification to tell me they're about to disappear. Also should be easy to keep a record of my titles previously borrowed so when they do suddenly disappear I can easily find them again. No 'history' is a bit of a pain. The basic usability is good though.
