Ratings and reviews

App takes a while to load the cameras, especially when you go back into the app. Also it would be helpful if for the automation you could have the doorbell trigger the eufy indoor light to have some light change blink as well. The AI is wrong quite a bit but that's understandable because it's beta. The notification about watching the eufyCam S330 using the battery should be able to turn off, gets annoying

There has been a glitch in the app for over 5 years where if the playback takes more than a few seconds to load, the feed gets stuck in a way that causes it to be stuck loading indefinitely. Edit: they responded to my review but I am already using the most recent app. I've also contacted their support about this for 5 years and each time get told to buy a new camera despite the issue being on their app and happening on every camera.

This is my 4th update now over 2+ years. Please please please fix the app. It still almost never loads video when you are scrolling through the footage. It will load audio, a "buffering wheel" and that's it and I'm not the only one. Then, fix your AI or whatever you use for alerts because it still WILL NOT recognize people on motorcycles. We can be slowly moving up or down the driveway and it absolutely will not notify us. And at two diff residences. At least fix your app it's still horrible.
