The earbuds don't connect automatically—I always have to open the app and manually click "Connect." The widget is also useless unless the app is connected to the earbuds. Additionally, the ANC preference doesn't save; it always resets to "Normal," and I have to switch it back to ANC every time. These issues make the overall experience frustrating. Customer support couldn’t help and just wasted my time with generic advice like reinstalling the app.
