they are holding funds in deposit and withdrawal in name of account under review. also not providing time line for review completion. even after 7 days still they are doing review and not providing withdrawal. they can hold funds when they want. even if you are old trader to this app they can do anything to hold funds. can give you any excuse and no one is going to support you.

Trade Opening and Closing Notifications aren't working since few days. Please check the issue and release an update which fixes the push notifications issue for all the orders open and close, this was fine until last week or so. Today the issue seems to have resolved without an app update itself. Thanks

I believe the company may be heading toward shutting down its business. Initially, I thought the deposit issue was only happening to me, but after reviewing recent user feedback, it’s clear that once a transaction is made, getting the money back becomes nearly impossible. I’ve been using this app for years and have referred many users to it, but the service has deteriorated significantly. Now, it seems almost impossible to reach a real person—both chat and email responses are automated
