been the worst since the last 6 to 7 months. for the last deposits I tried contacting the customer support and still the deposit didn't happen. Mailed them continuously and still didn't receive any response except once from the AI assistant saying that it may take around three hours. After the 3 hours I again Mailed them but still didn't get any response. Hoping that the ones who has the same problem gets the resolution.

I deposited funds via UPI on 1 March 2026. The money was successfully debited from my bank account but it has still not been credited to my Octa trading account even after 48+ hours. I contacted support multiple times and provided the transaction ID, UTR number, payment proof and full UPI ID, but the issue is still not resolved. Support response is very slow and there is no proper help from a real agent. This kind of delay in deposit processing is very concerning for traders. Please resolve my

Recently the app is become very worst. I have deposit my money, the amount is debited from my account, but is never received to the trading account. and there was no proper answer from customer support. and also when I try to withdraw the amount, I cannot withdraw it and got strucked. I don't how they are going to help me to get my money back.
