I am very disappointed with my experience. My ₹5,000 UPI (PhonePe) deposit was successfully debited from my bank account, but it has still not been credited to my Octa trading account. I have already submitted the payment proof, transaction details, and my bank statement as requested. However, instead of resolving the issue, I was asked to submit my bank statement again, which I have already done. Despite providing all the required documents multiple times, the issue remains unresolved.

One of the worst trading platforms I have ever used. I had a deposit issue, and even after waiting more than 72 hours, there was no resolution. Customer support kept giving the same copy-and-paste replies asking me to wait, but they never provided a clear timeline or a proper update. As a customer, I felt completely ignored. Communication was poor, and after some time they even stopped responding to my emails. This has been one of the most frustrating experiences I have had.

I've been using this app since last year. Everything was working well, on 29th July 2026 deposit was made of 12000 which not credited in my trading account nor reverted back in bank account. And I'm not getting any help from customer support team. Worst experience so far been 7 days now since I lost my money. No help from your platform and even not responding to mails now. No human assist, only bot replies on mail too. I think I've lost my money, please don't install this app (scam).
