EDIT: your email doesn't even receive messages! Useless customer service. Very frustrating app to work with. Payments and packages are difficult. Finally after you manage to select and pay, the class appears briefly in your agenda... Which disappears again the next day. So what's the point? Overall user experience is bad and I wish they would look into this.

complicated to set up, time consuming and ineffective. Potential clients need to go through too many steps to sign up. also cancellation policy is difficult and unclear. I won't ever use this app again. instead of automation it added work to my admin load because I always had to walk every client through every step of the process anyway..

the latest update made the app worse in every way. more stats (that very little people use), more confusing UI and most of all much more APIs to load so the app is just so SLOW. it's always hanging, it's always crashing. to just checkin to a class takes me 2-3 cycles of opening the app, waiting for it to get stuck, force closing it, trying again till it eventually succeeds. a dreadful update. Please add some caching, and use a CDN network etc. it's just TOO SLOW.
