It got slow after the latest updates. The previous versions read the card immediately at the moment the card was tapped on the phone. Now, it's necessary to open the app and 2 clicks to finally get to tap the card and check the balance. Besides, the app takes longer to fully open after these updates.

can't top up the octopus with a foreign credit card. so now I have an octopus I can't use, can't cancel, can't top-up, all because the developers are stupid. if I had an iPhone, apparently they have a foreigner app for octopus. why not android?? it's used by more people around the globe than iPhones are!

The app makes a rather loud and annoying sound during top-up, even after disabling sound and vibration in app settings.
