This app is extremely slow compared to the previous app. It takes at minimum 30 seconds after signing in before the app loads my information. App is lacking features the old app has. What was the point of changing the app just to make it worse? Make it make sense. Whoever was in charge of this decision and this app should be fired.

As android users, we were LOCKED out of our bank account for DAYS. The website was only displaying a message saying that banking services were down and we had NO APP ready to allow us access. The least professional banking experience I've ever had, this event is the MAIN reason I went to my local bank and CLOSED my account. Unbelievable levels of incompetence from this joke of a bank. STAY AWAY AND BANK ELSEWHERE

Terrible bank. Why would you launch an app that does less than the previous app. Also, why wouldn't you launch iOS and Android simultaneously? What a bunch of clowns running your bank infrastructure.
