The Income-tax Act, 1961 is the charging statute of Income Tax in India. It provides for levy, administration, collection and recovery of Income Tax. This App by offline apps india is amended as per Finance Act 2020 and contains ncome tax Act amended as per Finance Act 2019 also.


Students in the near future will be able to get income tax notes, pan details, slab rate details, tds rate details, form 16 and news updates on the app. We will soon be incorporating features like income tax calculator india 2018-19 and income tax calculator 2019-20 , 2020-21 and income tax return filing with Hindi support covering all rules so that the app acts like a one stop income tax book and source for users with efling support. Official Circulars by the Income tax department have also be incorporated in the latest version of the app by offline apps India

Thank you for the update to Finance Act, 2021. I am a Chartered Accountant and a teacher of the subject of Direct Tax for CA Course. I am very satisfied with the outlay of the app and have found it reasonably accurate. Just a small suggestion - at times the "section of the day" pops up some sections which have been deleted. Maybe if something can be devised so that only sections in force can be shown as "section of the day"

Good apps with good articles... however I've given only 4 stats because most of the time when I click on the notification of any article it won't open up and just show a blank screen. I have to close and relaunch the app to read the article. It'd be great if you fix this bug.

only missing is search facility with finding tool. there is no meaning of only highlighting the result, if with searching the same result will not be find, as normally provided in every web or pdf software. kindly provide the same.. Trying to say, after search we need to scroll for the result. After search app need to jump for the result (no need to scroll for result) e.g. jus like "Find tool" in MS Excel.
