Ratings and reviews

Have had nothing but problems with this app on the iPhone only. they have sent the same "sorry to hear this, email us at ..." and I've spent a month back and forth with them "trying" to understand and fix the problem. they haven't done anything yet. and they don't seem to understand the issue. After reading with them, and these other reviews, I really honestly believe that the technical IT department or whomever runs this honestly has no idea what is going on, nor how to operate an app.

I had this app on my phone to listen to Today FM. All was fine for a long time until I had to sign in and that's when the problems started. The sign allowed me to put in my email address and then I keep getting a half message "account already with the same email address but diff....that's all of the message I can see and I can't click on it to open. I have been on to support...but no joy at all. Just as well Tune-In apps still allows me to get Today FM

App is complete garbage Won't log, won't accept the reset password. Keeps saying "cannot retrieve user information" And then, doesn't allow guest access, so you can't get passed the sign in screen. There is a different error for incorrect password, so it is finding my account, it's just a shockingly bad app. Completely useless, just like the previous versions Only getting 1 star as it doesn't allow 0 stars
