Getting started

Ratings and reviews

The app lacks some basic features, such as being able to tap a station to move the list. It also asks me to verify my email everyday, which seems redundant and wasteful of everyone's time... It randomly shuts down after a few songs, which means I then have to open the app again, choose my station and sit through the ads again. I've had a few songs stop suddenly and change mid way through, but I'm not sure this is an app problem and not one with the station instead.

I am completely unable to access the GoLoud app. It keeps giving me an error message of "Cannot retrieve user information" and there is no clear troubleshooting available.

I downloaded the app for the 1st time. When creating an account it said that one already existed with my email address. Not possible but I went ahead and changed the password but it still wouldn't let me in. I changed password again but it says it cannot retrieve user information. Can someone explain this please. Very strange.
