It's really sad. there is so much potential, the devices work well, the connection is somewhat stable, but I was expecting some degree of automation for the devices other than just time schedule. For example weather dependent water heater schedule. Or for the switcher breeze, automate on or off with settings according to the built in EXISTING thermostat. Feels like the minimum effort while the products are so expensive. (Really,the breeze only controls one AC. it's an IR blaster. should do more)

Though the actual device works well this application is just awful, logs you out all of the time and cannot run in the background longer than 10 seconds without getting stuck. Also there is a large delay (10 seconds+) between when looking at devices until actually seeing their status. Gave it two stars since if you close the application, swipe it closed so its no longer running in the background, re-launch and log in again, it works well for enough time to quickly turn on the device

After bringing new access point it took 18 tries to add device (switcher touch) to the app, but even after that device doesn't connect to the Internet and works only in local mode. After electricity is lost, it is impossible to connect even in local mode, you have to try and go through connecting process again. All schedule settings lost as well. I'd definitely not recommend this product.
