Don't know what you guys did this time, but the app is not functioning since the update. Before the update, worked perfectly fine. As soon as I updated it, half the options don't show up. I can't navigate bc where all the options normally are there is now just a blank space. I know they are there because when I hit random blank spaces it takes me to another screen but what those spaces are I have no clue because they don't show up. I just started tapping random empty spots. Please fix!

If there was a way to give this app negative stars, I would. You "upgraded" the app almost a year ago and as a result, menial tasks like checking a ticket can't be done unless you are registered online WITH a picture ID. To make it even worse, the "server is down or unreachable" message pops up more times that not so you can't even just CHECK to see if the tickets are winners/losers on the app, AND you took away that function on the website! Do better Ohio Lottery!!

Ever since the supposed upgrade to this app, it has completely sucked. They took away the ability to create digital play slips, which was asinine, as is being forced to log into the app to check tickets. Beyond that, the app seldom works right, especially within an hour of a drawing taking place. The most recently drawn numbers do not show up in the app and you cannot log in to scan tickets a lot of the time. Whoever designed this app should be forced to refund the Ohio Lottery!
