This app barely worked for communication previously, and now it doesn't work at all. It constantly says it's reconnecting, even when it's first opened. It's almost impossible to access messages to my provider, and loses connections in the middle of text conversations. It would be faster to drive to the provider's office and talk in person at this point. Update: The 2/23 update made the app even less functional, it now crashes any time I type text to message my provider.

I can no longer log in since the update. I tried sending a reset Password link but it just brings me to the app store. It does not allow me to update my password. ****update 2-26-23****** After being taken to the app store, I happened to click on the "open " button which in turn took me to the reset password screen. I was able to reset the password. I will say that this approach is not very intuitive or user friendly. If I wouldn't have happened to click on "open", I wouldn't have known.

I literally hate this app since it's been updated. I can't get past the HIPPA screen. It's a useless app. Edit* it would be nice to have a one size fits all screen font so we as clients who don't see well don't have to use a magnifying glass to log in. Just saying. Also is there even tech support because my doctors office doesn't even have contact info for tech support. I received an email telling me about all the new additions to the app. Now I'm finally able to get in theres nothing new.

Update: Hi Angela - Thanks so much again for your feedback. Because of you, we were able to identify the issue for users with large fonts and we'll be releasing a fix in the coming days. No magnifying glass required. Thank you!
