I'm glad to opt for ohmyhome to help me sell my unit. My agent Jayden is awesome and have a good sense of judgment. I was initially had a lowballer buyer and buyer side seems suspicious to me as they took very long to respond during nego.. Jayden was quick to pick up.. And i didn't even tell him my opinions on the lowballer. He quickly managed to close another buyer who offered much better price and process went smoothly and quickly. Thank you Jayden!

Generally searching and viewing of details are still fine. But listing of past transaction resale prices seems to be buggy with duplicated records. What I found annoying and contemplating whether to delete the app is that it frequently pops up app-related notification messages on my phone, when I click on the notification message, it opens up the app but did not go to referred information at all. When I go to settings menu in the app to disable notification, it tells me that app is not found.

What's new

Buying or leasing properties becomes even safer with Ohmyhome! Property listing ownership verification will be able to be done via Singpass or Manual submission of documents for Singapore listings. It will be compulsory for all HDB and Private property listings to be verified on Ohmyhome.
