Jolly good retro gaming. The sci-fi Ancient Egypt theme is fantastic. If you play this make sure you read every bit of text. The in-depth history of the Void Pyramid is awesome. I would love to play more games in the world of the Prime Pharoh. EDIT omg the creator has another similar looking game called Ramble Planet. Downloading immediately.
Who'd of thunk it that such a retro looking game sucked me in so hard? And it's free! The sound effects are spot on, the music really good, the descriptive text brilliant, the concept captivating, the ending variables brilliant, the reward to effort ratio near pitch perfect. Of course its retro so the combat suffers, but you can't have everything in life!
NES quality game I cant say enough good things about this game. Scour every square for secrets! I thoroughly enjoyed the challenge of finding each and every treasure. Good diversity in skills meant you could go far with either high wits or high brawn. Battle system is a little odd at first, you need skills to progress but strength to survive monster encounters. Multiple endings. Worth playing.
For treasure hunters The somewhat wonky concept of ancient Egypt in space is surprisingly well developed. I loved the music, also enjoyable although there's only three tracks on loop. This game proves that you can make something worthwhile using minimalistic graphics, music and gameplay: the lore found in item descriptions and npc encounters, as well as interesting character designs (with some exceptions) gives it a unique vibe. Its weakest point is combat: few battles ever end in more than three turns. It's great otherwise.
Superb gaming. Storytelling through gameplay at its finest. Classic RPG better than some of the classics. Instant hit. Immersive, yet accessible. Still playing. Love it. If you like a good dungeon crawl but don't want to tear your hair out learning some wacky noveau chic game mechanic, welcome home.
This is my all time favorite mobile game. I've never been so satisfied with a mobile game. The fact that it is free almost makes me sad, this game is definitely worth paying for. If this game is ever monetized, I'd only suggest that it only cost money up front. Putting adds in such a fine game would cheapen its integrity. I'm not saying the game can't be improved, but it's very good as is.
Void Pyramid 1.4 features new bosses, treasures, endings, items, and secrets. Bugs have been eliminated. The in-game instructions are better. If you already have a game in progress, you are strongly encouraged to start a new game. Otherwise, you will miss some of the new content and encounter a few bugs. Thanks for playing! Praise the Prime Pharaoh!
