Ratings and reviews

Total scam! They lure you with a "free" chat that only lasts 1 min. Their AI is so slow it takes 5 mins to type one paragraph, so the free time expires before you get an answer. Even the ₹1 promo is a trap; once it ends, they block you from chatting unless you have a high minimum balance. I had ₹75 in my wallet, but the app demanded even more money just to continue. It’s a bait-and-switch scam designed to freeze your money and force recharges. Predatory and misleading. Avoid this app!

This is a trap / scam . They make subscribing easy but intentionally make cancellation nearly impossible. Customer support is useless and they keep charging your card. Extremely dishonest business practice. This is my final notice. I have been trying to cancel my subscription for the last 3 months without success. I have screenshots and proof of my cancellation attempts. If the subscription is not cancelled than the National Consumer Helpline and proceed with a chargeback through my bank.

This is a fraudulent app. Do not download it. After recharging, the rates suddenly increased from 1 to 15. Even with a wallet balance of 70, they kept asking for additional recharges. Very disappointing experience.
