Ratings and reviews

I want to cancel my subscription but there is no way I can do it. It's not reflected even in Google Store Subscription also but my money (₹199) is deducted. This is a very bad practice. Just cancel my subscription. Also, refund my current month's amount.

It is a fraud, don't pay for chats. After the recharge of ₹50, 5 minutes of chatting was done at ₹1/minutes, and then ₹1/minutes chat charge was automatically increased to ₹15 and also an additional condition was applied that it requires a minimum of ₹70 or more to initiate any chats.

No.1 Fraud app. Don’t trust the Astrosage app. They keep pushing you to recharge again and again with different excuses, min balance etc. Even though you have enough balance for a few mins, they will increase the min balance amount by 10Rs. But you have to recharge again for min 50Rs. After a few seconds, the same min balance story comes. Feels completely misleading and Fraud.
