I keep scheduling services and if they show they don't finish. No one showed to my last scheduled service and now it's the weekend and no one works. A necessity people need and they don't work.

The absolute worst!! I downloaded this because the website is always telling me my password is wrong and I have to change it anytime I want to check account. This app is no better. It keeps telling me the password is wrong even after I changed it, yet again. If yall didn't charge me extra for a paper bill, id have been done with this bs a long time ago 🤬

After a normal set up of user info (username and password) and banking info (routing number, account number) it was very easy and quick! The app is very user friendly and simple has what you need on it and not all the click this option then that option and tab after tab of b.s. straight to the point and lets you set up auto draft with no more payment fees!!! I absolutely love the convenience of it and I wish ALL my utilities had an app like this! Highly recommended!
