After a normal set up of user info (username and password) and banking info (routing number, account number) it was very easy and quick! The app is very user friendly and simple has what you need on it and not all the click this option then that option and tab after tab of b.s. straight to the point and lets you set up auto draft with no more payment fees!!! I absolutely love the convenience of it and I wish ALL my utilities had an app like this! Highly recommended!

never saves password or payment info. It's Been like this for 3 years i have used it You think they would be able to figure it out. Like you can't keep my banking info.Even though I select save you can't keep my password even though I select remember me?? ain't worth bothering but The ridiculousness of this app not even saving.My password is why I refuse to do auto pay.I'm not giving them my information should just be able to take from all Willie. can't wait to be rid of gas

I installed the app and opened on google play as instructed to do. And the app opens with their name logo.... And thats it. Tap the screen, reboot my phone, wait and wait and wait hours go by and the app still hasnt changed opening the app to just see ONG's logo. Im enrolled in paperless statements- the app would be nice to use if it could do something other than a frozen name logo. To make it worse.... Ive installed the app 4 different times. Twice on this device and twice on my other device
