To begin, by entering the management section, various personnel from the company are invited to collectively engage in planning and goal-setting under the title of a single company. Subsequently, OKR teams are formed to facilitate the creation of a second layer within the company. Moving on to the company level, objectives and key results are determined. Then, at the team level, the same process is carried out, and through vertical alignment, the connection between team goals and company-level key results is established. (Additionally, at the team level, horizontal alignment can be used to specify the connection of key results with other teams.) Following this, meetings need to be organized, and the evaluation of key results is performed by the responsible person for the key result or the team manager. These sessions are called Check-in meetings and are usually possible at various levels within the company.
