Now you can ask for car, travel, medical, home or computer assistance whenever you need help, whether in Portugal or abroad.

Making a request for assistance is quick and easy:
- Choose the type of assistance you need and quickly fill in the necessary information;
- Using GPS, it shares your exact location, even if you don't know the address of the assistance location;
- In the case of car assistance, you can see the trailer's route in real time on the map;
- If you need support from a doctor or expert, you can immediately schedule an appointment or visit;

In a simple way, all information about the status and evolution of your assistance request is shared with you, in real time, through notifications.
