Ratings and reviews

Recent experience has been very poor. Issues faced are as follows 1. They automatically change the driver 2. In some cases where the driver accepts the ride, they do not move. Upon calling, they ask for the drop point and the amount mentioned. They decline and ask us to cancel (even for cash payment) 3. In rare cases where the driver agrees to pick up, in many cases recently, they ask for additional money. I won't trust using this app again.

I paid the fare for my ride through cash but despite the payment being made, the app is showing an outstanding amount. I've tried using the app's troubleshooting options but unfortunately, none of them have resolved the problem.To make matters worse, my attempts to reach out to your customer support have been met with extreme frustration. Support system seems to be unresponsive, ineffective, leaving the problem unresolved. The lack of assistance and the overall poor customer experience.

Immediately after searching location, the suggested location list is disappearing. 2. Map is not interactive. Especially while zooming in and out the location. Also unable to rotate the map. 3. Overall not happy with the user experience. 4. Most of the drivers asking for extra money and cancels the ride if it is not cash payment mode. (Mumbai location)
