I have an ola s1x! barbaad app hai!! doesn't show any proper data except the battery status! bad user interface! show's ola as moving even when it is parked. trying to change the advance regeneration braking thing but the app keeps saying ola is on the move can't change! what a dumb app it is !! better give the controls on your ola itself rather than a lagging app!

The UI is not good, it wasn't designed to be optimal with the user in question. The example case being that the proximity unlock feature has a minute timer which is completely useless unless you are around 1 meter close to it. So unlocking with the phone's app becomes faster than the proximity unlock snooze. Best is to allow snooze to be in seconds, at the cap of 5 seconds minimum for the feature to even make any sense. Not only that, there's no dark mode, no useful logs like amt of unlocks, kms

I regret buying an Ola Electric scooter. The after-sales service is terrible, and they don't have a solution for even basic problems. My scooter is keyless and depends on the Ola Electric app, but the app stopped working completely. I visited the service center and contacted customer support, but neither could fix the issue. Even before that, I faced multiple problems, including incorrect time fencing and being unable to switch to Sport mode.
