Why can't my daughter access her funeral policy on the app. It keeps buffing till kingdom come. Please help. She Uninstalled and reinstalled the app, rebooted the phone, logged in over 2 days and nothing.

One ongoing issue, which I have highlighted in multiple updates, is the inability to log in while using a VPN. The cause is unclear, but it remains inconvenient.

app is useless can't even change policy debit dates, still have to go in store for something so simple and no chat bot to assist either.
