Error Message Every time I try to log in for my old navy card it says there's an error. This same issue has been going on since last week. Please fix it!!
This app just get worse and worse I uninstalled it a while back because everytime I tried to order it would ask me to log in to complete the order. Then it would ask me again... and again. On reinstalling it recently, I see it still has that issue and worse. It's so SLOW. Constantly refreshing and taking forever to do anything. Now it's logged me out and will not let me log in at all. Total mess. Logging in using my phone's browser is actually faster and easier. Why bother with an app at all Gap Inc?
Fix it already I've tried several times over the past few months to place orders, but the app constantly makes me log in over and over at the final checkout and still my orders are never completed. What's the point of having an app if customers have to go in through the browser to place orders?
Awful Every time I try to log in to claim my rewards, it refuses to acknowledge my password. Even when I change it, I'm still not able to get in. I just uninstalled and reinstalled with no better results. Don't waste your time!
It's okay The app is okay.. I mean sometimes it works great (able to go check out without any problem), other times it just doesn't work.. anyways, I do hope they come up with a mobile app for the credit card..
This app is useless I was really excited that their app had a Barcode scanner. But it is pretty much useless, since I haven't been able to find an item in the store that this feature works with. Everytime I scan something, it just tells me it's not associated with anything on their website.
