Important:
If you noticed that the app stopped to save texts to PDF, it means that your device got update of Android System WebView (it is used by all the third party apps to render web content). Unfortunately the latest version of WebView contains bugs and hopefully will be fixed soon by its developer. For now you can roll back to older version of WebView by doing this: Launch Google Play on you device -> Search for "Android System WebViev" -> Click "Uninstall" button (it won't be uninstalled entirely, just rolls back to older version) -> Web to PDF will work correctly again :)

Ratings and reviews

No updates since 2019, but I wish they'd let you export the articles themselves, not just the headlines. I use this app is to archive snapshots of articles offline. The articles don't always stay up or stay the same, so I'd be better off using Pocket if I was changing phones more frequently. Being able to import to a new phone or even just download zipped txts/PDFs would be awesome. Lastly, it's incompatible with archive.is, unfortunately (archive.is' fault).

Great alternative to paid services! Cleans up articles nicely for reading, allows basic annotations, folders and has global URL export function. Also allows backup of all articles but you'll need to remind yourself to do that. Oh and using same articles on multiple devices doesn't work well. Small prices to pay - set a reminder every few days. Great app, thanks so much for it!!

I love this app so much. I got it initially so that I could save articles that looked interesting when I didn't have a lot of time and return to them later. It's great for that. I love that I can have the articles (or any text heavy website) read to me when I'm driving or doing other things. That feature, combined with being able to change the appearance, makes it a fabulous aid for a dyslexic person in my life as well! I am so thankful so often for this great app. Thank you!
