The app is terrible...can't connect to more than one sphere at a time then when I close out of the app or back out of the device screen the sphere won't connect...so I have to reinstall the sphere and stay in the app to control it...needs major work. I have about 12 olight flashlights' 2 spheres and 4 obulbs...invest some money into the app so I can enjoy the experience. Was thinking about getting several ostrips for the house but if I have to go through this to use them I will pass.

Olight makes incredible flashlights, but their app is awful. Once I was finally able to create an account, I discovered I get an assigned password emailed to me. As soon as I log in, I'm prompted to change my password and must confirm with a 2FA email code, but even when putting the 2FA code in within 15 seconds of it being sent, I get an error saying the code expired. But again, amazing flashlights and lighting fixtures.

Pros: + Some events only available in App + Pretty easy to navigate + Identical look and feel to the website Cons: - Search doesn't work (doesn't give proper results and can glitch the whole app, only fixable by closing and reopen the app) - Can't select text on pages like the tracking number for your order, have to do it in the website - Have to have another app running on your phone (they do marginally slow down your phone, it adds up when you have 200+ apps on your phone 🤣🤦🏽‍♂️)
