Wow ! can' receive an email to open my account, spam checked, tried several times but nothing... , here we are dealing with the basics..., moreover, customer support number in France doesn't work ...

I mean it works, but they could do more to make it actually helpful as opposed to just convienient. At the moment it's just a rebranding of the same software Mirabella use, it's like a remote for your device. For example one thing that would be really helpful is if a tank gets full on your dehumidifier, the app should make a notification on the phone. At the moment nothing happens, you can even open the app and it says it's running..until you open the device specifically, only then it tells you

This application is okay. It does mostly work and allows you to manage the device. My issue with this application is that the timers where it turns on and off automatically do not always work so you have to go in and check it each time to make sure it's doing what it says it's doing. About 25% of the time it doesn't turn it off or on and you have to manually do that if you want it to adhere to the schedule.
