Ratings and reviews

A good way of avoiding waste. Mostly easy to use, but I find the process for rating another user to be a bit awkward. I think flagging or blocking someone could happen by accident while trying to rate them highly. If rating each other is part of an app, it needs to be easy and transparent, because building a community of trust and respect is vital to the zero waste aim.

Great app but very glitchy. After a few minutes it stops responding and shuts down. It was playing up on my phone and I downloaded it onto my tablet and I have the exact same issues. So it's not related to the cache. There is something wrong with the app. It went so wrong the other night that I ended up with a situation as it had sent the messages to all interested parties and it got quite confusing for all.

I loved Olio, and used it often until earlier this month (January), when I found the app only opened to a blank page :( I tried uninstalling and reinstalling...everything, but still, nothing. The only way I can access it is through Chrome, which is not nearly as easy as the app was. I can't navigate the way I could through the app. It's made it very difficult, and I find I'm often missing listings.

What's new

For this release, we have made some improvements to how the app works under the hood, making for a faster and smoother experience. We've also changed the banner that's shown after a listing is marked as 'pick up arranged' to make it quicker to allocate listings to requesters.
