Ratings and reviews

Because the app automatically saves your password in the login field without obvious ways to prevent this, anyone with access to your phone is able to turn off data, open the app, touch the eye in the password field and view your password in plain text. This wouldn't have been acceptable security practices 10 years ago, why would it be okay now? Support refused to acknowledge any issue.

LOVE this camera + app. Took less than 5 minutes to set up, it immediately connected to our internet and started working and delivering clear videos. Works amazing at night and the two-way speaker is clear and easy to hear. I am thrilled for this extra measure of security and I love how easy it was to set up. Slides over the door and is ready to go. The motion detector is spot on and THANK YOU SO MUCH for the 3-day Cloud and for allowing us to download videos to our phone. PERFECTION!!

This app is ok and hopefully will get better. It was a breeze to setup. Like others have stated, it takes some time to open and sometimes will restart, it definitely has glitches. When this happens you can miss the person at the front door. I use the doorbell and chimes and I really like the product. The app allows me to adjust volume and sound of the chimes as well as sensitivity of the doorbell. The developers need to work around the clock in order to fix these common issues because without a solid app the products they sell will be useless.
