This app needs some work. The customization options are great. But every time I go to checkout, I receive a "Something went wrong!" message and get kicked back to the main menu. Nothing I do can get me to the checkout page. So yeah, I cannot use the app and I cannot call orders in ahead of time. So the app is basically useless.... Y'all got great food though.

I scanned to redeem my reward, but nothing comes off at the register. You don't know if it redeemed anything until it's already been paid for. I submitted the error through the app, which forwarded me to gmail. I email what happened. I'm emailed back with a generic "contact us" form to select my issue from drop-down menus - my issue wasn't listed. I haven't received a response in a week. The burgers are pretty good, but the bait and switch rewards makes me more inclined to just go to Five Guys.

SCAM ALERT !! The app doesn't work properly, and there's no way to use app to pay at location. App worked fine for a couple months, then I encountered an issue at checkout when the app would not process my credit card order; kept getting error message. So I just added funds to Loyalty Funds. Still to no avail. Okay no biggie I'll just contact customer service, after 3 different forms of email messaging and calling the number which immediately hangs up after dialing, my $50 is out there in limbo.
