Freezes or doesn't accept input in multiple sub menus, and by the time I work through it I no longer want to order. This holds especially true for any menu under the mix and match sweets option. At this point the push notifications just annoy me because I know I can't redeem them with the app properly so I'll probably uninstall this. Paper coupons in the mail are more reliable. Considering the last update is about 10 months ago, I think they realize it doesn't work but they've given up.

I wish there was an option to dine in when ordering through the app. It's nice to eat off porcelain plates with metal cutlery. The functionality is basic and could be better with time. The process of adding items to a basket can get a little confusing and at times I didn't add an item because I thought I already did. If an item cannot be ordered, it's nice enough not to let the order through, but also doesn't tell you the issue.

Recent major update is extremely unstable. The UI Was made more confusing, the loading animation doesn't stop and needs to be cancelled by the back button on the phone itself, and I haven't been able to successfully pay with a credit card once. The old app worked fine, but their attempts to modernize it have made it unusable and I need to call in every order now. I hope it gets fixed soon
