The app would not send me a password reset email, even though I definitely have an account, so I can't get back into my account. Hopefully this gets fixed because the guest account is not great either. If you decide to make a change to the pickup type (inside or drive through), everything you've entered is cleared from the form (contact info and payment), so you have to re-enter everything.

app worked great for awhile. now is no longer letting me complete the order after trying to check out. uninstalled, reinstalled. removed payment method, added payment method. and it still comes up with "something went wrong". additionally, when adding a drink to a combo, you only get the option of size and no ice. didn't ask flavor. so work around has been adding blizzard as drink side, and then adding an additional soft drink.

The rewards and deals aren't really worth it, and it makes us pick up the order inside the store instead of in the drive thru which entirely undercuts the convenience of using an app. I tried using one of their "deals" that took 50% off "any order" except any order apparently doesn't include their food. This whole experience was terribly disappointing.
