Down to Earth food is amazing! I had a problem with my order made through app, delivered by Doordash. App doesn't have customer care, doordash didn't help me since the order was not theirs. That was unpleasant. I contacted Down to Earth shop and the shop supervisor/employees were great solving the problem right away. I appreciate that greatly, and I love Down to Earth. Thank you! Just would be great to get customer care easier through the app when its needed.
