App works perfectly. The first roll on us was a bit confusing. I actually submitted the order thinking it didn't work, however, after checking the confirmation email, it did show up as a free roll!
App functioned well, and was user friendly. Got stiffed on the "first roll on us" promotion which is the only reason it's getting 3 stars. Will update review if this is ever remedied.
I love this app already and their incredible sushi for an free meal makes me take the time to appreciated everything you guys do. I wanted to join up via employment with you guys and get a nice shirt and merchandise from you. I'm an new happy camper. You all deserve 5 stars 😎😎😎😎😎
Tried to sign up for an account 8+ times since app was introduced and each time I get the same error message. I eat at Fusian all the time and still use the app to order, but must use guest checkout function. As a regular customer I am disappointed that I am losing out on the full potential of the app and rewards program. Will update if ever remedied.
The app is very easy to use and the staff are always friendly. The only reason for the 3 star is because I didn't get my free roll on the first purchase like the app said. Other than that I would have given a 5 star.
It is not user friendly. I keep having problems with my order.
