I had a bad experience where the app didn't let me review my order and defaulted in a tip that I did not enter or want. When I called Artie's they said they couldn't alter it. When I said I wanted to cancel my order they said they couldn't bc my order was through uber eats! I told them I used their app and I don't have an uber eats account. Eventually I was refunded, but needless to say no more delivery for me and my family.
