We invite you to order from us at any of our 15 restaurant locations and two artisan bakeries for an outstanding and memorable meal.

I'm repeatedly getting the following error when attempting to open the app: An error occurred while updating. Access was denied. Usage of this app is restricted to North America. Tap "Retry" to update again Tapping retry doesn't work. This is a relatively new issue. The app worked in Dec. The next time I tried it in Jan, it started throwing this error.

I had a bad experience where the app didn't let me review my order and defaulted in a tip that I did not enter or want. When I called Artie's they said they couldn't alter it. When I said I wanted to cancel my order they said they couldn't bc my order was through uber eats! I told them I used their app and I don't have an uber eats account. Eventually I was refunded, but needless to say no more delivery for me and my family.

They just pass your order along to one of the food delivery services. It took almost 45 minutes to find a driver. Wonder if they're splitting the tip with the drivers ...
