App regularly freezes on the opening screen requiring a phone restart to resolve. In addition, I regularly get a message saying some item on a prior order has changed (isn't available, even though it is) and it won't even let me see the order with all the other items. This is a bad user experience. At least show everything else on the order otherwise I have to re-enter all the items that are still available. It's getting more and more frustrating and we choose Mooyah less frequently.

Love eating a Mooyah but the app needs some improvements Timed coupons are bs and it makes no sense you then can't use online coupons after activating in-store coupons. Also, placed an order for pickup when I meant for it to be delivered. I immediately tried to hit the cancel button, but it wouldn't allow it. So why even have a cancel button? I called the restaurant to cancel the pick up order since I was placing the order agaib for delivery and they still charged for the pickup order anyway.

I am horribly frustrated - downloaded app to my phone but everytime I open it I get a popup for store locater. I can't get past this; nothing happens when I tap it. Tried uninstallin and re-installing app but same result. I would like to try Mooyah and the rewards are great, but NOT if I'm unable to use the app. Feedback would be appreciated. Tried to order online tonite but waited too late. Closest location closes at 8:45 and is at least 20 minutes away.
