Ratings and reviews

The app options could really use some help on customizations. Omelets are not an option on the app. When you try to call it in, it says call in orders are no longer accepted. This is very inconvenient as my husband doesn't like to sit there and wait on it to be cooked. So I have to order him something other than the omelet, which makes him still fuss. I like to have double cheese on a single order of hash browns. And that's not an option either. Other than that the ordering process is easy.

Not able to customize and then when you try to call the number to fix it, the number is now disconnected and tells you to go on to the app and order there some people do not want all of the items that are in a particular item and not able to customize. Makes it harder and even harder when you can't call and tell them two thumbs down or have a note section!!!!!

Missing menu options, literally just tried ordering biscuits and gravy which is a menu item on their official menu and it just doesn't exist in the app. The UI is also quite frustrating to pair with missing menu items. If youre not gonna allow us to call in pickup orders then provide us a UI that actually allows us to customize our order the way we would over the phone. If doordash, uvlber eats, and 90% of other fast food chains have figured it out, its surprising such a long running one hasnt.
