Kainuu Omasote is the Kainuu Welfare Region's secure mobile application for unhurried transactions in social and health services. You can easily access Omasote's functions on your phone - regardless of time and place.

Key features:
• Messages for professionals - transact securely; response usually within 1–3 business days
• Basic laboratory results are displayed almost in real time.
• Forms and surveys before the visit - streamline the reception.
• Home measurements (including blood pressure, PEF, blood sugar, weight).
• Appointments - check, book, move and cancel depending on the service.
• Tasks given by a professional. Reminders via application notification
• Transactions on behalf with authorizations

Secure use:
Strong identification (online banking credentials, mobile certificate or certificate card) the first time. You can enable easy biometric identification. The application is free to use. Possible customer fees are determined by the service.
