I’ve used this line for five years, but it keeps getting worse every year. I can’t even play games with it now because the ping keeps increasing. The last time I complained, I was told to turn on airplane mode for five seconds or switch from 4G to 5G. That worked for a short while, but over time it stopped working.

I signed up this plan because of unlimited data. during the 1st year..it was all great. I signed up another line, it was great the half year, but now the 2nd line always show GPRS / EDGE when connect data, even we are at the same house. even both are the same service provider (U mobile), 1 has data line, the other 1 no line. this has caused me so much trouble as I'm WFH. 🙃🥲I I even went to change a new SIM and still ask to pay RM 10.60. and yet my problem wasn't solved. quite disappointed!

A lot problems, bug and so on. I can't topup using TnG. and I really want to add feature to ask confirmation after clicked on buy now. I accidentally clicked one plan that I wasn't intended to buy and it process right away. It's not the one I want to buy. So the money gone wasted. update this feature and I'll give 5 stars
